How Prodigies Learn

Learning is maximized for each child through:

Creativity  Tradition and Innovation Critical Thinking

"Every child is an artist, the problem is staying an artist when you grow up."-Pablo Picasso

Creative thinking is fostered for each child through performance and visual arts at PLA. A standard of beauty and excellence is established and integrated in all of the learning practices. Imagination is nurtured.

“Without tradition, art is a flock of sheep without a shepherd. Without innovation, it is a corpse.” - Winston Churchill

At Prodigy, we incorporate tried and true practices of direct instruction and classical education techniques along with encouraging students to ask questions, make choices, explore, work together, and express their thoughts freely.

"No problem can be solved by the same consciousness that created it. We need to see the world anew."  -Albert Einstein

Project based learning integrates subject matter, skills, and develops solution-focused learning.
